By accessing or using Wukong Code and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Wukong Code provides:
> A BYOK AI coding agent for your terminal
> Code editing, command execution, and verification workflows
> Approved project commands run in the current workspace with your operating-system user permissions; Wukong is not a complete shell sandbox
> An exact command and working directory help you review what starts, but do not certify every child process, repository script, or PATH-resolved program
> Optional account authentication and product feedback services
> Feedback accepts confirmed text fields only; no automatic file, log, prompt, transcript, source-code, or local-evidence attachment
> MCP protocol integration
> User Accounts
> An account is optional for local BYOK CLI use
> If you create an account, provide accurate account information
> You are responsible for maintaining account security
> Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
> Acceptable Use
[PERMITTED] Normal CLI usage, code verification, AI conversations [PROHIBITED] Abuse, hacking, spam, illegal activities, reselling
Violation may result in account termination.
> Plan & Model Costs
> Wukong Code currently has one free public plan
> Model usage is billed directly by your chosen API provider
> The optional Wukong account currently provides no hosted model or inference service; its model catalog may be empty
> Wukong does not impose a monthly allowance on local BYOK Loops
> Any future paid product will require separate published terms before purchase
> Intellectual Property
Wukong Code, its logo, and all related materials are our property. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited license to use the service.
