Preflight shows the Finish Line, checks or no-check decision, provider, permissions, dirty workspace, and runtime limits without merging approvals.
A model saying “done” is not enough. Incomplete, stale, conflicting, interrupted, or corrupt evidence cannot become PASS. The terminal result shows file attribution, checks, usage, blocker, recovery, and next action.
